Process Improvement & Six Sigma
Six Sigma is a highly disciplined approach to process improvement within organizations, which is driven by the mission to eliminate defects. Underpinning this is the belief that process variability is unacceptable and is enemy of good quality. There are basically two Six Sigma methodologies:
• DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) is an improvement system for existing processes
• DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify) is an improvement system for new processes or products

Training in this category will include courses relating to Six Sigma Green Belts and Six Sigma Black Belts, as well as Process Mapping and other techniques related to the Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives.
