This assessment will test the delegates knowledge of core drilling jointing chambers. This module covers the core drilling of modular, brick and concrete (reinforced and unreinforced) jointing chambers for the installation of Duct 54, 56 and small ducts.
This module consists of a questionnaire and practical assessment:
- Documentation and Survey
- Plant protection
- Core drilling
Accreditation
Delegates successfully completing the course will be awarded an Openreach approved ATS Group Certificate detailing Q019 – Core Drilling This accreditation lasts for 3 years.
Prerequisites
Mandatory Safety Accreditation: SA006 – Safe Working in Civils Mandatory NRSWA Qualification: SWQR Unit LA, Unit O1, Unit O2, Unit O3.
