Qualitative Face Fit Train the Tester

This course is designed to offer theoretical and practical guidance for persons expected to undertake qualitative face fit testing of course fitting "half face" respiratory protective equipment (RPE); It is also ideal preparation prior to a fit2fit assessment.

Course contents:

- Overview of legislation and guidance
- Airborne hazards and health effects
- RPE Selection; inspection, maintenance and limitations
- Fit testing; principals, equipment, test method, fault finding - practical session
- Theoretical and practical assessment

Certification:

Upon successful completion, delegates will achieve a certificate with a recommended refresher of 12 months from the date of the initial training.

This course is accredited by Fit2fit.
