The aim of the course is to equip delegates with the necessary skills to present effectively, identifying key areas of a presentation creating an awareness of the pit falls and tips for success.

- Computer aids – PowerPoint/Word/Excel
- Questions and answers
- Dealing with difficult delegates
- General Tips
- Mini Presentations – 5 to 10 minute recorded sessions
- Feedback and critique of mini presentations
- Course wash up
