Mental Health First Aid Training

A regulated and nationally recognized qualification allowing candidates to develop their knowledge, skills and confidence to actively promote mental health within their workplace. The course covers many common mental health issues including stress, anxiety and depression, as well as how to support those with poor mental health and create a mental health action plan for the workplace.

• Understanding mental health.
• Roles and responsibilities for mental health in the workplace.
• Common mental health conditions.
• Promoting positive mental health in the workplace.
• How employers can provide support to employees in the workplace.
• Procedures to support employees who are off work whilst experiencing poor mental health.
• Types of support available both locally and nationally.

Certification: 

Upon successful completion of this 2 day course the certificate is valid for 3 years and is fully
Ofqual and Qualsafe regulated.
