This course gives construction operatives an awareness of health and safety and how it affects their daily role. It can be used as preparation training for the CITB-ConstructionSkills Health, safety and environment test or as refresher training for operatives. It also helps to prove competence and training in key areas.
This course will count towards a CSCS Green Card - Site Labourer. Operatives will still need to complete a touch screen test in order to apply for the card.
Often requested as a minimum requirement for all operatives working underneath large principal contractors.
On achieving this Award candidates will be equipped with the knowledge to enable them to work safely on a construction site
Course Content:
The course involves:
- Classroom based training.
- 30 minute multiple choice exam.
On completion of the course, the candidate will have:
