First Aid at Work - 3 Day Full Qualification Course

Course Aims:

This 3 day Ofqual approved course covers the roles and responsibilities of the first aider, and all aspects of basic life support including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), assisting a casualty who is suffering from major injury and illness such as chest injuries, spinal injuries, anaphylaxis and auto-injectors, bleeding, unconsciousness, choking, head injuries, sprains and strains and a vast range of other First Aid conditions that you may experience in the workplace.

Certification:

This qualification lasts for 3 years and to renew the qualification, learners will need to sit the FAW Re-Qual course. However, it is recommended that during the 3-year period, the learners attend annual refresher courses.
