Who Should Attend:
Anyone who wished to act as a First Aider in their workplace or pastimes. Suitable for lower risk environments and the acute medical emergency.
Course Contents:
- Roles and responsibilities of a First Aider
- Assessing an incident
- Unresponsive casualty and recovery position
- CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
- Choking
- Seizures
- Shock
- Wounds and Bleeding
- Minor Injuries
- Burns and Scalds
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, delegates will achieve an Ofqual certificate which is valid for 3 years.
