This course trains individuals in the safe movement and marshalling of vehicles and plant on site. It focuses on effective communication, positioning, signaling, and maintaining exclusion zones.
Who Should Attend:
Site workers responsible for directing plant and vehicles
Course Contents/Aims:
- Recognising significant risks whilst undertaking the role
- Accident statistics
- Current legislation pertaining to the role and relevant areas surrounding this
- Vehicle and pedestrian management
- Practical exercises in the classroom environment
Assessment:
CPCS Technical theory and practical test
Certification:
Upon successful completion, delegates will achieve a CPCS Red Trained Operators Card
Entry Requirements:
in order to attend, delegates will need to have completed the CSCS health, safety & environmental test for operatives within the past 2 years
