What’s It About?

This Fire Marshal course will give your key fire safety staff the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage fire safety. Effectively managing fire safety in your business will help you to reduce the risk of prosecution.

They will learn how to ensure fire safety measures and evacuation procedures are in place and effective within your business.

Who Should Attend?

This one day course is ideal for anyone responsible for fire safety in any workplace. This includes Fire Marshals, Fire Wardens, Managers, Team Leaders, Heads of Department or Supervisors.

Why’s It Important?

Fire Marshal training forms a very important part of your fire safety strategy. It is a legal requirement under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Under these regulations, you have a legal obligation to ensure that any “responsible person” has undergone specific Fire Marshal training. This will ensure that they are best equipped to carry out their role. They need to be able to keep others safe at all times and confidently manage an emergency situation in the event of a fire.

If you don’t ensure that your key fire safety personnel are competent to carry out their role effectively then you, your business, your employees and your customers are at risk.

What Will You Gain?

By attending this Fire Marshal course, when your employees return to the workplace, they will have the necessary fire safety knowledge and practical skills required to carry out their duties and responsibilities effectively and confidently.
