The CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal course is designed as a refresher course for those that have already passed the CCNSG Safety Passport National course and enables them to keep their passport up to date. The CCNSG Safety Passport is often a pre-requisite for working on site.
The CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal course is designed for existing safety passport holders who need to renew their passport.
The course provides a refresher on the areas covered in the Safety Passport National course and an update on legislation and safety practices, enabling the passport to be renewed for a further period.
The aim of the CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal course is to give delegates an up to date and reminder of health and safety law and best practices, covering the changes that have occurred since they sat their initial Safety Passport National or previous Renewal course and to look closely at how behaviour in the workplace affects everyone.
As of 1st April 2022 there will be no more grace period; candidates must renew their certification before the expiry date.
Candidates can attend a renewal course up to six months before their current qualification expires.
