Who Should Attend?

This course is suitable for any person looking to act in a more assertive manner. It is also very useful for those looking to effectively deal with others who are aggressive or passive towards them. Time will be given on this course for delegates to develop their own personal strategy.

Course Content:

The course will cover:

- What is assertiveness
- The difference between assertiveness, aggressiveness and passiveness and the effect on individuals
- The use of body language in communicating your message
- Developing a personal strategy for developing your confidence

Additional Information:

All delegates on the course will receive a training pack to take back to the workplace.

This one day course on Assertiveness will begin at 9.30 with refreshments served from 9.15. The course will finish around 4.30 and will include lunch.

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
