BookMyCourse continues to monitor the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation Nationally, and the safety of our employees, customers and partners is our top priority.
The offices at BookMyCourse are open, although we do have a reduced staff operating from home locations.
With a reduced team working predominantly from home locations, we would therefore request that communications are by email to email@example.com wherever possible until we can fully re-open our office, although we do have telephone communications open. Please bear with us if there any delays in replying to enquiries.
Courses that have been postponed will be rescheduled. This includes courses that have already been booked before the lockdown. We are gradually working our way through existing bookings to reschedule courses.
Once regulations have been fully relaxed and we are able to fully re-open, we will contact customers to re-arrange course bookings and to address any enquiries received, which we have not managed to address during the office closure.

There is developing training market for the delivery of on-line courses either delivered in on line classrooms or through e-learning solutions and we will continue to promote these options and take bookings as they emerge.
We will continue to follow the World Health Organisation and UK Government guidelines relating to COVID-19. Given the changing nature of the situation, our control measure and policies surrounding COVID-19 may change and be updated. We will continue to communicate these where applicable.
