NEBOSH - Safety Simplified

Introduced in 2020, the NEBOSH Safety Simplified course runs over three days in duration and is aimed at all candidates with the responsibility of steering health and safety within their organisation. Initially launched as a brand-new approach to health and safety training, this is a practical course that uses augmented reality (AR) technology to help candidates fully visualise the scenarios they are being trained on. This may include aspects such as noise, vibration, mechanical hazards, manual handling and working at height.

NEBOSH Course Detail

Suitable for all sectors, this course aims to provide learners with new ideas, tools and practical information to take back to their workplaces. The course will teach candidates:

• How to recognise common workplace hazards
• Why audits and inspections are required
• How to prevent the recurrence of incidents
• How to conduct risk assessments
• The moral, legal and financial reasons for why health and safety should be managed consistently.

Candidates will be required to complete a multiple-choice assessment (pass mark of 60%) and a practical assessment. Upon successful completion of both assessments, candidates will receive a NEBOSH Safety Simplified certificate which is valid for life.
