IOSH - Working Safely
The IOSH Working Safely course is an introduction to work place health and safety for workers within any industry sector. The course is not intended to make workers into health and safety experts, but to give them a firm grounding in the essentials of health and safety in the workplace.
This IOSH course is accredited by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH).
IOSH Course Detail
The content of the IOSH Working Safely course includes:
- An introduction to working safely
- Defining hazards and risks
- Identifying common hazards
- Improving safety performance
- Protecting the environment
Course Delivery
The IOSH Working Safely course is a one-day training course.
IOSH Working Safely training courses are delivered throughout the UK, either as open public courses or as dedicated courses on customers’ own sites or privately arranged venues.

Please note that IOSH Working Safely courses completed online are not suitable as part of the application process for the CSCS Labourers ‘Green’ card.
