This one day PASMA Standard and Low Level Access Combined training course is designed to train up to a maximum of 8 delegates, in both the PASMA Standard and Low level Access courses together, providing a cost-effective and less time-consuming alternative to attending both courses separately. Delegates will be trained to a high level of competence to assemble, dismantle, alter, move, inspect and use both mobile access towers and low level access equipment (with platform heights of 2.5m or below, such as podium steps, folding room scaffolds and wide area low level access towers), in accordance with the Manufacturers' instructions, without risk of personal injury to themselves or anyone who may be affected by their work. This course will give an understanding of the legal issues affecting work at height, the product standards and a thorough knowledge of the hazards affecting their use.

Instruction Method

The course includes a classroom based theory session and a practice session which are assessed on the day by the instructor.

Prerequisites

Delegates are required to bring the following on the day of training:

- Hi visibility vest/jacket
- Hard hat
- Safety boots
- Rigger gloves
- Other PPE will be issued during the practical session as required.
