A 12-hour course – covering all areas of content. The interactive E-Learning Module, which is the first element of the training can be accessed from home or the office or on a mobile. The second part is a very practical day spent with a Qualified First Aid Trainers at our training centre at Leyland. This course is suitable for anyone working with children from birth to 8 years and essential for those working within Early Years and meets the full Ofsted/EYFS guidelines.

This course is required and suitable for Child-minders, School nurse, Nannies, Au Pairs, Nursery workers, Teachers, Pre-School and After-School Club Staff.

Assessments:
Online assessment plus continual practical classroom assessment
Certification:
This course meets all the requirements of OFSTED and the Department for Education and Skills (DFES). To complete this course, you will be registered for the online segment of the course where you will watch a series of videos at your leisure and complete an online multiple choice assessment. Once you have completed and passed this portion of the course you will then undergo the practical stage of the course (6 hours) which is held in a classroom setting. When you have successfully completed both the online and classroom modules, you will then be issued your certificate which is valid for three years.
