Course introduction:

Frequently bought alongside each other, this suite also includes the Level 3 Award in Education & Training Plus CAVA Level 3 Combination Package; a combination of units to get fast tracked to becoming qualified to teach and assess in the workplace.

How is the course delivered?

This is an online course with a completion time of 6 months, delivered using the award-winning Moodle platform. Learners are also given full tutor support for the duration of their course.

Who is the qualification for?

This qualification is suitable for those who assess progress in their work environment as well as wanting to achieve the Level 3 Award in Education and Training Award.

Additional information:

AET – There is a minimum requirement to take part in microteaching. Microteaching is an activity where trainee teachers prepare and deliver a short teaching and learning session to their peers and then evaluate their practice.

Course Reading

To complete this course, learners will need to purchase The Award in Education and Training by Ann Gravels to help aid their studies.

CAVA – There must be evidence of the trainee assessor carrying out at least two assessments of two learners (four assessments in total). This occupational competence must not be in assessment itself

Course entry requirements:

There are no specific entry requirements however, learners should have a minimum of Level 2 in literacy or numeracy or equivalent.

This course is suitable for learners 19 years of age and above.
