Our level 2 Food Safety course has become industry's accepted minimum standard for those who operate within the catering and food industries. It covers a wide variety of subject matter to ensure that all staff members are maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in and around the workplace, and also are actively preventing the contamination of food.

Assessment Criteria: Continued practical and written skills assessment throughout the course
Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive a certificate which is valid for three years.
