Course Aims:
The aim of this course is to provide candidates with underpinning knowledge of the role and responsibility of the Appointed Person. Following successful completion, they will be able to prepare, plan and implement safe systems of work for lifting operations, writing risk assessments and method statements.
Pre-requisites:
In order to attend this course, candidates must have completed the CSCS Managers and Professionals test within the past two years.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive the CPCS Trained Operator 'Red' card which is valid for two years.
