Objectives To understand the principles of Continuous Improvement and how to use these tools effectively to bring about a positive outcome of delivering change and improvement within the organisation.

Who Should Attend All Managers and Supervisors need to have both willingness and vision to help improve the efficiency and profitability of their organisation. This course will assist those who may be required to help introduce change and or new processes and systems within the workplace.
Course Content The course will consist of an overview of what Continuous Improvement is and highlight the tools which can be used to help make and embed the changes into the organisation.
Outcomes On completion of the course, delegates will have a greater understanding and new ideas on how to look to improve a process using the tools provided to help deliver Continuous Improvement within their organisation.
This course sits alongside Change Management with a strong link between the two subjects. Undertaking both will help give a more rounded management knowledge on both process and people change.
Delegate Preparation There is no requirement for the delegate to have any previous knowledge of Continuous Improvement, however, suggestions around improvements or changes within their own business would be useful to use as working examples.
The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
