Mental health issues can significantly impact employee well-being, productivity and overall organisational performance. By fostering an environment where mental health is acknowledged and supported, employees feel valued and are more likely to seek help when needed.
In addition, ensuring that mental health training at work is a priority, managers and supervisors can be equipped to identify early signs of mental health issues and intervene appropriately. All of this comes together to ensure that organisations benefit from reduced absenteeism, improved morale, and enhanced productivity.
