The certificate courses can be split into four types: national, international, general and specialised. The national level NEBOSH Certificate Course
is designed specifically with a UK audience in mind. It is tailored to the UK commercial market and covers legislation in the UK. The international courses are designed for candidates working overseas, and whilst based on the successes of the national course, excludes the UK specific knowledge, replacing it with a more international focus. The general course, the most well know NEBOSH Certificate Course
of all, covers occupational health and safety issues applicable to most work environments. The specialised courses cover occupational health and safety for environments which hold a higher risk such as: construction and oil and gas or cover specific health and safety issues such as fire or environmental management.
Each particular NEBOSH Certificate Course
