The OGC's (Office of Government Commerce) Management of Risk (M_o_R®) qualifications are designed to help individuals and organisations make cost effective use of a risk process in a series of well defined steps. M_o_R® provides a generic framework for managing risk across all parts of an organisation. The M_o_R® approach sets-out to support better decision making through a good understanding of risks and their likely impact and complements the OGC's guidance on programme and project management. Training for M_o_R® is available from accredited training organisations coordinated through the APM Group.
