we offer training audit & consultancy services to a wide range of retail, manufacturing and services industries

The co-founders of our company are not only professional trainers, but have many years 'front line' and management experience in industry and education. To maintain our excellent reputation all trainers and consultants who work with us must meet the company's high standards for experience, quality and service to our customers.

An accredited training provider with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, the Royal Institute of Public Health and the British Institute of Innkeepers, we offer courses at our headquarters in Billericay, Essex together with various venues throughout the Southeast.

Staff training is a balancing act. Too little and a company can become stagnant and out of touch or can become legally non-compliant. Too much and training can be seen as 'training for training's sake' or as a reward for inefficiency.

A blend of experienced staff together with a planned training structure, identified for all levels, from shop floor induction to management progression must be seen as part and parcel of any company's success strategy, no matter what size the workforce.
