Who is this course for?

This course is design for all staff regardless of their position in an organisation whether it is the general manager of the newest member of staff.

What is the aim?

The aim of the course is to make staff aware of time management issues and provide the tools necessary for staff to implement effective time management techniques.

Core considerations such as: personal priorities, self assessment, time logs, goals and targets, planning, time management matrix, task lists, transition time, learning to say no, controlling the phone, meeting management, paperwork management, and delegating work
