Objectives
This intensive workshop is designed to provide delegates with the skills required to analyse their use of time and to give them the tools to understand and improve their own self-management.

Duration
Course duration is ½ day.

Who Should Attend
We often say “we haven’t got enough time in the day to achieve all our work” – this course is suitable for any individual who would like to improve their time management skills to make them more effective in the workplace.

Course Content
The course is run as a workshop session enabling delegates to learn new skills in how to manage time and identify time stealers using useful tools and techniques. It will lead to ‘action planning’ on how best to manage time in the future.

Outcomes
By the end of the session, delegates will be able to use time management tools effectively which will enable them to plan not only their work life but assist them on a personal level to help improve their work life balance.

Delegate Preparation
Delegates will be required to complete a pre-course work time log and bring to the workshop.
