Who Should Attend?

The National Diploma course accredited by the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety (NEBOSH) is a degree-level health and safety qualification intended for those who wish to develop a career in health and safety as a manager, consultant or advisor.

Many UK universities accept this qualification as prior learning that meets their entry criteria for access to advanced MSc level courses.

On completion of the NEBOSH National Diploma, you will be entitled to use “DipNEBOSH” after your name and apply for Graduate Membership with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (GradIOSH) and full membership to the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM).

GradIOSH and IIRSM membership increases your employability with organisations looking for skilled and knowledgeable health and safety personnel.

Once you’ve secured workplace experience, the NEBOSH National Diploma also makes you eligible for distinguished, Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) status through a process of examinations.
