Course duration is ½ day.

Who Should Attend

Course Content
Course content will include:

- Understanding what stress is
- Developing awareness and recognising symptoms
- Causes of stress and factors that influence it
- Stress and working relationships
- Surviving unavoidable stress
- Coping techniques
- The importance of physical well-being
- Developing a positive outlook.
- Participative exercises and facilitated group discussion will feature.

Outcomes
Upon completion of the workshop, delegates will be able to:

- Recognise the symptoms of stress – in themselves and others
- Understand the impact it can have
- Be aware of coping mechanisms that will help win back control.
