In order for the trainer to do this you must have taken the CSCS health and safety test in the last 2 years. The course is intended for employees working as Yard Operatives, Labourers or Trainee Scaffolders that have yet to attend the Part One course.
To provide a comprehensive overview of current construction and scaffold access related health & safety requirements and safe working practices. To provide an overview of relevant health and safety regulations.
The course will give trainees an understanding of:

-Basic Scaffold Terminology
-Servicing of Equipment & Stock Control
-Work at Height
-Manual Handling (Including practical element)
-Site Transport Safety (Loading & Unloading)
-Health, Welfare, Hygiene and Housekeeping
-Fire Prevention and Control
-Noise and Vibration
-Accident Prevention and Reporting
-Personal Protective Equipment
-Lifting Equipment using Rope & Wheel (Including practical element)
-Questions and Test Paper
CISRS Certificate of training upon completion of course and successful completion of test.
Successful attendees who have passed a CSCS health and safety test are able to apply for a CISRS Operatives card (if you wish the trainer to apply for this please contact them once your booking has been made to make payment for this).
