Who Should Attend:

The SSSTS Refresher is a 1-day training course designed for candidates who have already successfully completed the SSSTS training course and wish to renew their certification.

Aims:

The training course provides updates on how current legislation impacts the construction industry and developments in health and safety best practice on a construction site. The SSSTS-R training also identifies and develops the supervising skills necessary to deliver compliance with current health and safety legislation with a focus upon the legal duties and responsibilities of supervisors and foremen.

Course Contents:


At the end of the 1 day training candidates will:

- Implement all updated Health and Safety, Welfare and Environmental legislation affecting your supervisory role
- Implement new guidance and industry best practice affected by changes
- Fulfil your responsibilities regarding Health and Safety, Welfare and the Environment.

Certification:


All SSSTS course certificates are valid for 5 years from the date of issue and delegates will be required to provide proof that their current SSSTS certification is in date in order to attend the Refresher Training.

Note: the CITB are allowing candidates to renew certificates that have expired during the Coronavirus period. 
The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
