The PASMA Low Level Access Course half day course is designed to train up to a maximum of 12 delegates, to a high level of competence to assemble, dismantle, alter, move, inspect and use low level access equipment with platform heights of 2.5m or below, such as podium steps, folding room scaffolds and wide area low level access towers, in accordance with the Manufacturers instructions, without risk of personal injury to themselves or anyone who may be affected by their work, give an understanding of the legal issues affecting work at height with low level access equipment products, the product standards, and a thorough knowledge of the hazards affecting their use.
Instruction Method
The course will include both a classroom based theory session and a practical session assessed on the day by the instructor. Prerequisites
Delegates are required to bring the following on the day of their training:
- Hi visibility vest/jacket. - Hard hat. - Safety boots. - Rigger gloves - Other PPE will be issued during the practical session as required. - Stocks of PPE will be available to purchase should you require.
