Course Objectives:
To provide delegates with a sound knowledge and understanding of the rules surrounding drivers hours and how to use analogue and digital tacographs. This course will provide delegates with 7 out of their required 35 hours of Driver CPC training.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who drives vehicles in categories C1, C1E, C, CE, D1, D1E, D & DE. Any drivers of vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, and mini buses with nine seats or more must obtain Driver CPC.

- Activity modes & their correct use
- The different types of tacograph charts & description of chart components
- How to make centerfield entries & the need for manual entries
- Operating requirements
- Explanation of letters of attestation & when they should be carried
- Daily, weekly and fortnightly driving limits
- Breaks, rests & split daily rest
- GB & NI domestic rules
- How the regulations are enforced
