How is the course delivered?
This is an online course to be completed within 12 months, delivered on our user-friendly online learning platform with full tutor support.
Our courses are designed with the convenience and intuitiveness of the learners in mind. There is no requirement to attend any classroom-based learning.
Who is the qualification for?
The Level 4 suite of Management & Leadership qualifications are designed for junior managers, and are delivered to develop personal management capabilities, and grow professional management skills including decision-making, managing team dynamics and delegation capability. This course is suitable for team leaders, first line managers, junior managers, supervisors and shift managers.
Additional information:
Learners must complete at least one unit to a minimum of 39 credits to achieve this qualification. Full unit options are available upon request. Typical units include:

Course entry requirements:
This course has no specific entry requirements; however learners will need to have an understanding of the English language and writing.
Ideally, learners should be working within an organisation or role where you can demonstrate skills and apply knowledge. Alternatively, you can draw on past experience within an organisation, or one you are familiar with.
You must be at least 19 years of age to enrol on this course.
