Course Introduction

To achieve the Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership, learners must complete a combination of units to a minimum of 121 TUT (Total Unit Time) hours. With us you will complete your Certificate through any combination of 2/3 units to meet the hours required.

If the combination of units that you wish to choose to meet the 121 TUT hours is more than 3 units, there will be additional costs of £150 per extra unit chosen.

After you have purchased this qualification, you will automatically become a studying member, and upon completion will be eligible to become an Associate member of the CMI with all of the resources you need through the CMI Management Direct Portal.

How do I buy the combination of units I wish to study?

The trainer will discuss with you your combination of units after you have purchased. You will select these on the registration form as part of the registration process.

You will get the opportunity to discuss these with your tutor who will advise you on the best combination going forward. You may already know which ones you wish to study, however we allocate the units as you progress through the course giving you the flexibility of being able to change your options. After all you may change job or get a promotion that requires a different set of skills to be fine-tuned resulting in a different combination of units to be studied.
