Course Overview:

A bespoke workshop is designed to allow participants to recognise their duties outlined within the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974 and how they implement specific responsibilities within the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 within their business.

This half day interactive workshop is suitable for all persons involved at concept and development stage through to implementation and delivery of projects and will include;
- Overview of CDM 2015
- Duty holders responsibilities understood
- Pre-construction phase through to the Health and Safety File (case studies)

Objectives:

- Review individual roles and responsibilities of those engaged in projects.
- Recognising the requirements of pre-construction phase and ensuring suitable and sufficient organisational measures have been implemented.
- Design and hazard reduction (incorporating temporary works)
- Construction Phase Plans and implementation of Part 4 of CDM.

The course either has new dates in data loading, or is only run as a dedicated or In Company course.
