Introduction
This half-day Asbestos Awareness Training course is designed to raise awareness levels of individuals, to the potential of asbestos exposure in the workplace.
Who should attend?
Individuals with a direct or indirect responsibility for the management of asbestos in the workplace. Furthermore, the training is suitable for individuals coming into contact with asbestos, as part of their daily work activity. Therefore anyone who is working on the fabric of buildings, this will include anything from putting up a picture hook to large-scale refurbishment.
This course will be particularly be of value to: general maintenance staff, electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, painters and decorators, joiners, plasterers, demolition workers, construction workers, roofers, heating and ventilation engineers, telecommunication engineers, burglar and fire alarm installers, computer installers, architects, building surveyors, shop fitters, other such professionals and their supervisors.
