In December 2014, important changes to the Food Safety Regulations come into force. These regulations will require businesses to provide allergen information on all non pre-packed foods. The main aim of these Regulations is to reduce the occurrence of allergic reactions to customers eating undeclared allergens. The Regulations will be enforced by your local Environmental Health Officer and Trading Standards.

This course is suitable for anyone working in a food business and are involved in selling or producing food. It is also suitable for anyone wanting to learn more about food allergies.
