Training Provider's Overview 

We were originally formed in 1996 by Simon and Sue Ellis, a husband and wife team with a wealth of experience in the catering and hospitality trades.

We now have a large, but inter-related, menu of courses on offer.

We pride ouselves on our excellent standard of customer service, value for money and professional friendly training techniques. We remain an accredited training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and plan to continue to grow the courses and services we offer in line with the needs of our customers.

Our trainers are chosen for their experience and enthusiastic teaching style as well as their professional communication and interpersonal skills.
