With over 20 years experience in health, fitness & sport, we have seen many people struggle to stick to their resolutions to be healthier and fitter. We believe that the main reasons for this is that, to achieve their goals, people think that they have to remove themselves from their everyday lives - we want to change this!

Our aim is to show everyone who becomes involved with us that you don't need to 'become someone else' to be fit and healthy! We will prove that you can adapt your current lifestyle, eating habits and activities to allow you to reach your goals, whatever they may be.

We believe in living life outside of the box!

We provide a range of services to fitness professionals, corporate clients and individuals. Our training courses are bespoke being tailored to their audience in each instance. Our tutors are highly qualified, experienced & professional they will ensure that your training will be of the highest quality but enjoyable and informative at the same time.
