We are a training and consultancy company which helps customers transform the way their organisations manage projects and deliver business change.

We specialise in the agile method DSDM and run a regular public schedule for the new version called DSDM Atern. We also offer a range of services including in-house training, mentoring, facilitation and they provide an e-learning package for those who are not able to attend a classroom based DSDM Atern training course.

Focusing on the use of agile approaches for projects and programmes, we utilise the industry best practice in tools and techniques to enable on time delivery of the right solution.

As part of our approach to transforming businesses we seek to fully understand the needs of each customer. We can then deliver an approach to address the practical and cultural sides of changing an organisation’s approach to delivering business benefit.
