About...The Learning Path

Established 1998 - Founder Ellen Gifford - based at Bodesley Hall, Alvechurch. Just South of Birmingham.

The purpose of The Learning Path is to help people develop their life skills and organisations make the most of their human resources, by developing the skills of their people. Our focus is to help organisations achieve outstanding results through developing their people. The basis of our training is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). All Learning Path trainers are all qualified NLP practitioners with backgrounds in business and management. 

We use NLP techniques to deliver excellent training and development capabilities in many people-development areas, including interpersonal skills, presentation skills, training needs analysis and leadership.

Our learning path:
"The Learning Path is a diverse group of people, providing a diverse range of people, with a set of tools and techniques that you can choose to use alongside your common sense and gut feeling. You come to us with differing backgrounds and needs. We meet you with our own backgrounds, our organisational and business experience and a thorough understanding of the theory and practice of NLP techniques. Our approach is about arousing curiosity, encouraging openness and promoting integrity. Call it advanced common sense. .

So we run a useful set of courses we know we can deliver well, led by trainers with different experience and teaching approaches. The Learning Path - it's different for everyone, but it's always about moving on and making it work."
