Since our foundation in 1996, we have developed our business into a provider of comprehensive ITSM Services (based on OGC’s ITIL®) to a wide range of national (UK) and international companies. We have deliberately maintained a focus on the niche area of ITSM so that our in-depth knowledge and understanding ensures that we provide a high quality service.

We have also been determined to offer added value through the provision of integrated services and support products to companies who are committed to ITIL® standards or are planning to introduce ITIL® methodology and best practice into their own organisation.

We offer ITIL V2 and V3 Foundation Online training as well as worldwide V2 and V3 Public and Onsite Foundation, Practitioner, Managers and Bridging Courses. We are an accredited ISO/IEC 20000 Consultants Course Provider.
