The Development Company
The Development Company is unique in that we never cancel an open course because we believe that learning is more important than profit. We run a standard programme of open courses in Northampton including Assertiveness, Train the Trainer, Minute Taking, Management Skills and Time Management.

We will open a public course for you in any subject we offer if you book 2 people on the same date. We will then offer this to other clients to fill the course. Subjects we have opened courses up for include Appraisal Skills for Appraisers, Absence Management, Stress Management, Presentation Skills, Networking Skills and Negotiating Skills.

All our courses are maximum of 10 attendees plus each person attending gets 12 months phone and email support to enable them to achieve their learning goals.
We provide courses, coaching, seminars, retreats, away days, presenters for conferences and our acorns – short burst training sessions. Subjects for development events include:
