KRC specialise in the agile method DSDM and run a regular public schedule for the new version called DSDM Atern. KRC also offer a range of services including in-house training, mentoring, facilitation and they provide an e-learning package for those who are not able to attend a classroom based DSDM Atern training course.

Focusing on the use of agile approaches for projects and programmes, Keith Richards Consulting utilise the industry best practice in tools and techniques to enable on time delivery of the right solution.

As part of the Keith Richards Consulting approach to transforming businesses we seek to fully understand the needs of each customer. KRC can then deliver an approach to address the practical and cultural sides of changing an organisation’s approach to delivering business benefit.
