Educ8 is an aspirational, unique and dynamic training organisation with committed and dedicated staff all with a passion for training and developing others.

Educ8 Ltd has emerged as a leading provider of training to the Childcare and Health and Social Care sectors within Wales. The business was established in 2004 evolving as a subsidiary of CCA Residential Homes Ltd, a large residential care organisation providing highly specialised support for people with Learning Disabilities and / or Autistic Spectrum Disorder.

Previously known as ‘Phoenix Training’, Educ8 now employs 25 staff and works with over 100 employers throughout Wales. Educ8 is committed to providing high quality training and have the experience and expertise to tailor training to meet our customer needs.

We pride ourselves on the quality of learning that we deliver. Our Quality Improvement Framework is the umbrella under which all our policies, processes and learning is monitored, evaluated and continuously improved.

We want all our learners and customers to enjoy their learning experience and get the most of the learning that we provide.

We value feedback from all key stakeholders including, learners, employers and internal personnel. This is crucial for the continuous improvement of the business and to ensure that Educ8 provides value for money.

In March 2004, Educ8 underwent a successful work based learning inspection by Her Majestys Inspectorate, Estyn. Educ8 subsequently achieved grade 2 for the quality of learning. A year later the business achieved the Investors in People Standard (IIP).
