We have over 25 years of professional IT experience and have enjoyed unbroken authorisation from Microsoft, since 1991. We are justly proud of the esteemed reputation that we have earned from our long standing clients in the business community.

AJP never use contract or freelance staff. Everyone you will deal with is a member of staff and based at our Bristol offices.

All AJP support staff are trained experts, experienced in frontline support and who are both knowledgeable and approachable.

AJP Training specialise in the delivery of Computer Software Training. The company has been working with Bristol companies for nearly 20 years and has an enviable reputation and a loyal client base. 85% of our training bookings are repeat business.

All trainers are graduate teachers with proven classroom experience, approved by the major software houses and we never use freelance trainers; all our trainers used are members of staff based at the Park Row Training Centre.

All trainers are involved in the development of the courses they deliver and also offer pre-course assessment, software consultancy, applications development and client support.

The courses will always be tutor led and hands on throughout the session with a recommended maximum class size of six.

Public scheduled courses are available at least once a month and additional courses will be added to this schedule during the period to meet demand. All public scheduled courses will be delivered to meet published specifications at the dedicated training centre in Bristol.

AJP will always supply course notes for each delegate. The notes will include screen images, keyboard and mouse sequences, the exercises used and additional exercises for post-course consolidation and tables of useful keyboard references. Post course telephone and email support is offered to all delegates.
