FMEA and Quality Planning
The FMEA or Failure Mode and Effects Analysis analyses potential failure modes within a system to predict the severity of failure upon the system. Failures could include errors or defects. FMEA techniques can be applied to both products and processes.

This section also includes courses on Quality Planning techniques, including Advanced Quality Planning; Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
