Balanced Scorecard
The Balanced Scorecard approach was developed at Harvard Business School in the early 1990’s. The Balanced Scorecard is more than a measurement system it is a strategic planning and management system designed to help organizations translate their strategies into actions.

Financial measurement in isolation is insufficient to manage and monitor the performance of an organisation. The Balanced Scorecard approach advocates a management and measurement system, based on 4 cornerstones. These are:
• Learning and Growth Perspective
• Business Process Perspective
• Customer Perspective
• Financial Perspective

Training courses in this category relate to the Balanced Scorecard approach.
