Course Description
An online interactive elearning course that explains in easy to understand terms what the benefits of ISO 9001 are for the business and its staff members. It takes the user on a journey through an imaginary logistics company from the Managing Director to the Delivery Man, exploring ISO 9001 along the way.

Who should attend?
This course has been designed for everyone that would benefit from a broad understanding of what ISO 9001 is, how it will impact on their role and the benefits that should be seen from adopting its principles. Ideal for:

- Engaging all staff in the process of working towards the achievement of ISO 9001.
- Refreshing and re-engaging staff who have been working with a system for some time
- Using as part of the induction process for new staff working with an established system

- Improved staff engagement with the implementation project, which could reduce the time to certification.
- Reduced risk of “non conformities” due to poor communication and understanding.

Course Structure
Takes about 30 minutes to complete the course with interactive activities and quizzes along the way.

Students can navigate their way through typical business areas interviewing staff members along the way.

At the end of the course students will understand:

- The concepts that underpin and are contained within the standard
- How they can contribute to the achievement of certification
- The benefits that it will bring to them and the business

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:
- For online access an internet connection is required.
- Content viewed via Internet Explorer browser
- Ideal for a Microsoft Windows network or environment
- Flash player version 10.0

Fee:
On line individual access £145 or it can purchased for use on company intranets for £200 (irrespective of number of users) + VAT.
